Okay you probably know how it works, only it's different here. Here you get +1 Karisma point for every after your regerested, that means your karisma level should be equal with the number of days your a member on the fourm.

I like that idea! It gives you an idea of how many days a member has been a part of the forum without having to look at "date Joined" and figuring it out
